Blue Moon Beer Cake

Fletcher's favorite beer is Blue Moon.  I was trying to think of a festive dessert I could make for our super bowl party, so I searched for Blue Moon recipes and found a great one for cupcakes.
I'm without a cupcake pan at the moment (gasp), so I decided to make a bundt cake.  I iced the cake with a Grand Marnier cream cheese frosting.  I must say, I was a little hesitant to cook with beer (never have before), but this cake turned out really good.  It tastes like beer, which was the whole idea, but it's still sweet and delicious.  VERY moist, also.  I assume you could make the same cake with Corona and make the frosting lime flavored.  Maybe I'll try that next!

The recipe for the cake/cupcakes is here.

Here's the frosting recipe:

2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
3-5 cups of sugar (start with 3 and add more to your liking)
1 stick of softened butter
1 cup of Blue Moon beer (I used the Winter Ale because it has more spice to it)
A few drizzles of Grand Marnier (I added this in as the frosting was mixing.  I added a few extra times, because I wanted it to have a mild liquor taste and not just the flavor of orange.)

Mix all ingredients on med-high speed.  Add extra sugar, beer, and Grand Marnier as needed.  Frost cake once it's cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.  Keep refrigerated!
