Banana and Toasted Pecan Pancakes

These are really easy and really good.

Ingredients

4 cups of Heart Healthy Bisquick
2 1/2 cups of milk (I use 2%)
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 handfuls of toasted pecans, chopped

Directions

Heat griddle to 350 degrees.
Mix Bisquick with milk and eggs.  Stir in vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and pecans. 
Use a ladle to scoop and pour batter onto griddle.  Flip pancakes when they start to bubble.
When cooked, top with butter and maple syrup.  Enjoy.
