Terryaki Salmon Salad

I tried to copy a salad from a local eatery here in El Paso.  I think I did a pretty good job.  This salad is TO DIE FOR and really pretty simple.  Here's what it calls for:
Grilled salmon, spring mix, feta cheese, dried cranberries, crushed almonds, red onion, parmesan crisps.
To make:
I marinated the salmon in Trader Joe's Soyaki dressing/marinade.  Grilled it.
Tossed salad ingredients (except for the crisps) in a homemade balsamic dressing (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, honey, coarse ground mustard).
To make the crisps, you simply pinch about a tablespoon of parmesan onto a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.  Dab them to thin them out, then bake for a few minutes.  They cook really quickly, so you have to keep a close eye on them!  Let them cool then top the salad with them.
