Update on us.

Rhett.  Every day he melts my heart.

He is the sweetest, happiest, most smiley baby you've ever seen.
I weighed him about a week or so ago, and he was 16 POUNDS!!!
I can't believe how massive he's getting.  Although, it's believable considering the amount of food he eats.
He has pretty good eye-hand coordination and will follow you if you walk across the room.  My favorite thing is when he wakes up in the morning, and I lean over his bassinet.  You can see his eyes focus and then he gives me a great, big smile.
He might be in the early stages of teething.  I think I can see his two, front bottom teeth underneath his gums and he is constantly drooling and wants to put anything and everything in his mouth.
We're working on rolling over, still.  He's not a fan of tummy time AT ALL.  Poor guy.  I can't help but chuckle when I watch him try so desperately to move out of that position.  He kicks and moves his legs really good, but his upper body strength isn't there yet.   Soon, I'm sure.

Paul starts school next week.  The summer just flew by.  His senior football season kicks off in Abilene, so we'll be road tripping it up there.  He just took his senior pictures (will post soon), and got a job at Finish Line.  This is good and bad.  Good because he has a better job than he did and is making some money, bad because now he thinks he should own multiple pairs of Jordan's "because he gets a discount".  Either way, things are peachy with him and he's doing well.  We'll be applying for colleges in the next week or so.  Hopefully, he gets a football scholarship! Several schools have shown interest, so keep your fingers crossed!

Fletcher is happy with his job and is trying to expand his filming/editing businesses.  We've got quite a few clients this football season - more than last year! He's really loving being a daddy, too.  He's so good with Rhett.

Not too much is new with me.  I've started to concentrate more on my own business, although, I don't want to get too busy.  Only 1-4 clients at a time.  Mommyhood is wonderful, now that I'm sleeping.  I forgot to mention that the little guy sleeps from about 10pm to 6, 7, 8, or 9am!  PURE BLISS.

Signing off now.

XOXO
