Soyaki Salmon with Sesame Veggies

I was starving and needed something hearty but QUICK.
I was already marinading fresh salmon in Trader Joe's Soyaki dressing.  Threw a fillet in the oven at 350.

In a pan, I added about a tsp of olive oil and a tsp of sesame oil.  Threw in 3 cloves of chopped garlic, followed by chopped zucchini, yellow squash, green bell pepper, and red onion.  Added some garlic powder and a bunch of black pepper.  Sauteed until somewhat tender.  These weren't super flavorful and not very sesame-y.  Next time, I'll add a little more sesame oil, maybe some soy sauce, and garnish with actual sesame seeds.

Couldn't resist some good old fashioned carbs, so I threw in a toasted roll (at least I'm practicing portion control).
