Shrimp Pesto Primavera

I had the veggies I needed to make pasta primavera, but was in the mood for shrimp and pesto, too.  So, I decided to combine the three.
I started out by chopping some garlic, green bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion.  Added cherry tomatoes, and sauteed it all in a tbsp or two of EV olive oil.  The more garlic the better!
Separately, I started a pot of water for my pasta.  Costco has great, real Italian pasta noodles (see picture).
Cooked the pasta til slightly firm.
After the veggies got a little tender, I added two heaping spoonfuls of pesto and stirred until evenly coated throughout.  Finally, I added about 6 raw jumbo shrimp, cut into large cubes.  When they started to turn pink, I finished by adding small chunks of fresh mozzarella. Topped pasta with veggie mix and garnished with parmesan.
